This coming Tuesday May 27th The Culinary Arts department
as part of our effort to inform and promote ‘Sustainable Agriculture’
will have free tasting samples of Hedlin Farms luscious, sweet,
organic Heirloom Tomatoes in our Café from 11:00 until as long as they last.
We will also have guest chef Sean Gervais from Trumpeter’s restaurant
serving his famous ‘3 LILY SOUP’ featuring Hedlin Farm’s Farm fresh organic
vegetables prepared by our students in our café from 11:00 to 1:30
