Today, Wednesday May 28th The Culinary Arts department
as part of our effort to inform and promote ‘Sustainable Agriculture’
will have free tasting samples of Homegrown Naturally Raised
Grass-fed Beef and Nicole’s Lamb Sausage in our Café
from 11:00 until as long as it lasts.
We will also have guest chef Nicole from Adrift Cafe
serving a Pasta Bologenese using naturally grown beef and
Burgers made with Skagit River Ranch’s Grass-fed Beef
prepared by our students in our café from 11:00 to 1:30
