To celebrate the last day open of our Omelet/Lunch Sauté Bar we are offering 2 OMELETS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!

Also here is early notice of something very special for next week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we are celebrating the C.H.E.F.S. (Chefs, Hospitality Educators, Farmers and Sustainability) grant that we received by inviting a group of local farmers and chefs who are supporters of sustainable food products to bring some samples for the college community to experience.

Tuesday: Hedlin Farms and Trumpeters Restaurant > fantastic Heirloom Tomatoes
Wednesday: IGCF meat Co-op and Adrift Restaurant > healthy organic, sustainable meat products
Thursday: Taylor Seafood and The Rhododendron Café > local Skagit Valley Shellfish w/ Don Shank’s famous Paella recipe served in our cafe
